Your account will be billed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD)
Delivery method is International Air. Delivery time will be approximately 10-12 calendar days from the date of shipment. Orders will generally ship within 24 hours via New Zealand Post, subject to payment verification.
Shipping and handling charges depend on the size and weight of your package and your ship-to destination. To know the exact shipping and handling charges before you buy, simply add items to your order and proceed to provide your address information in the checkout process. We will then calculate the exact charges, excluding duties and taxes, for your desired items before you actually place an order.
International customers must pay applicable sales tax, duty and Customs charges. Your local government determines duty and Customs charges, which varies by country. Duties, taxes and/or Customs fees will be an additional amount that will be collected upon delivery of your order. Contact your local government for specific details.
Return policy for international orders
We have a 60 day money back guarantee. You can return any item purchased through our online store. Returns are accepted within 60 days of purchase. You will be credited for the full product value on qualifying returns. International shipping charges are not refunded.
- Pack the items to return in the original shipping carton if possible (or any type of acceptable shipping carton). You must include with the shipment both the product and the original product packaging.
- Clearly identify our returns facility address as the destination on the package labelling, and be sure to include and clearly identify the original order confirmation number on the package.
- Present the package to any carrier, take the package to any post office counter or drop the package at any authorized carrier outlet to have your return shipped to the address provided. You may wish to insure your package for the full replacement value with your chosen carrier.
- Once received at our returns facility we will credit your return, typically within 10 to 12 business days after the package is sent.
- You will be credited for the product value of returned items.
